Today’s Celebrity Rumor: Madonna & Guy Ritchie to Split

There have been whispers for some time that Madonna and Guy Ritchie aren’t exactly in happy couple heaven. And really if you were Guy Ritchie, would you want to be married to Madonna? It’s not difficult to figure out who wears the strap on pants in that relationship.

Anyway, The News of the World that bastion of honesty and integrity is reporting an end to the Material Girl’s marriage. The unnamed source (of course, it’s always an unnamed source) claims it’s all quite amicable.

The source also claims Vadge is moving back to New York City with the kids while Guy hangs loose in London. Now, I don’t know how true any of this is. I do know that Her Madgesty’s been going to all her cool events solo and it’s been a while since she and Guy have been seen out and about together. Until there’s official confirmation, you can draw your own conclusion. Me? I don’t find it terribly unbelievable. It’s been leading up to it for a while.
